High Level Summary.

  • The Ponzi Express protocol is a set of smart contracts deployed on the blockchain. It is not governed or controlled by the team at Ponzi Express.
  • We collect non-identifiable data such as public on-chain data, which includes on-chain wallet addresses, transactions and protocol interactions. 
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data. The Protocol will never ask you for your personal information.


Information we collect.

Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data: first name, last name, username, date of birth or similar identifier
  • Contact Data: email address
  • Technical Data: IP address, your login data, browser type and version, browser plug in types
  • Profile Data: username and password
  • Marketing and communications data: preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences

For the purposes of the protocol, we do not knowingly collect the personal data as mentioned above.

We may also collect other types of data such as:

  • Publicly Available Blockchain Data.
    When you connect your blockchain wallet to the Site, we may collect and log your publicly-available blockchain address to learn more about your use of the Services and screen your wallet for any prior illicit activity in fulfilment of our legal obligations. Blockchain data may include your wallet address, completed transaction hashes, smart contract addresses you have interacted with, token names, symbols or other blockchain identifiers of the tokens you have swapped. We may screen your wallet using intelligence provided by third party blockchain analytics providers. Note that blockchain addresses are publicly-available data that are not created or assigned by us or any central party, and by themselves are not personally identifying.
  • Information from other sources.
    We may receive information about your wallet address or transactions made through the Site directly or from our service providers in order to comply with our legal obligations and prevent the use of our Services in connection with fraudulent or other illicit activities.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PONZI EXPRESS REQUEST FOR YOU TO SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS PRIVATE KEYS OR SEED PHRASES.

Age Requirements.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Site prohibits access to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

Records thereon remain permanently accessible, and thus we have no control of the former, only what we do with that public information.
